I woke up around 3a.m. then 4a.m. then heard my cell phone beeping and the rain. Apparently it turned on by itself and had been beeping to say the battery was low. Funny, it's done this automatic turn on a few times. One time it did it for the whole weekend before it beeped. I think I might need a new one.
Speaking of rain, it's pouring and my son is driving in it. Thankfully his dad is with him and can gently guide him. It's supposed to be very windy today as well. So not looking forward to this weather. We even have a tornado watch until 11am today. Not a fun way to start your day.
Tonight is our annual trunk or treat. Hoping the weather will cooperate for it. The kids love it and even though I'm not a big fan of this holiday, I don't mind gathering together with church friends and having fun. Just hope the weather cooperates.

Oh my! Yes, we had gushing rain Tues morning and it finally settled around Tues afternoon. Thankfully the weather was bearable for our trunk or treat. We just visited each vehicle quickly and went back inside to chat. Thanks for asking. I'll be glad when this wild weather goes away. :)
