Well today my 2 oldest get to do yet another temple trip. Dh is going along as a priesthood holder and possible driver. So that leaves Sarah and mommy home to do their own thing. I think a trip to Mc D's for dinner is in order. That way there's no dishes for mommy since we're probably going out to lunch. These are the days I love since it means to menu preparation needing to be done.
Some days I don't mind coming up with menus, but mostly the stuff I like to make is cooking which means turning on the oven. Right now we avoid that as much as possible with all the humidity and heat. So lots of cold pastas, sandwiches or just whatever. We do some toaster oven cooking for chicken and such, but not a lot.
