I can tell it must be close to school ending because my 7yr is no longer interested in just sitting at her desk doing worksheets. So I told her today that tomorrow we would try a game with her math. She seemed excited so we'll see what happens.
I do have to admit that I'm also ready for a break. I love learning and seeing my kids learn, but sometimes the brain just needs to chill for a bit. We have Memorial Day coming up, so we're visiting friends and just having fun. Then we have girls' camp for Natasha and dh. Then Independence Day, then Youth Conference for both Robert and Natasha. So we'll have all of some of June and all of July off. By Aug we should be ready to get back into the school routine.
