Ok, yes one of my most favorite foods in the world. You do realize it is part of the food group. It IS a bean. :) Unfortunately, I found it was also making me fat. I'm sure some of the other foods I eat isn't helping either, but I was literally consumed with Chocolate. To give you an idea of how much chocolate I was eating up until 2 month ago. Those huge bags of Hershey kisses you find at Walmart or Sam's, I would eat about 50 or 60 of those kisses A DAY! I did this for over 2 yrs.
Finally, sometime around the holidays I realized that my pants were getting really snug and I mean SNUG. So I decided it was time to give up some of my cravings. Now don't get me wrong, I still eat some chocolate, but I haven't bought any of those kisses in almost 2 months. When I first stopped eating them I started getting really bad headaches and sometimes a bit dizzy. It lasted about a week. Thankfully I managed to survive, and still haven't bought any kisses. I do snack a lot on crackers and such.
Anyway, the reason for this post is I was sitting here eating a few dove bar chocolate(3) and I suddenly realized I had too many. Guess my body doesn't want it as much. So at least I'm getting a start on losing some weight(even if it's just ounces right now lol)
